Oh yes...we're all so surprised that the Patriots won again! How did they ever pull it off? Well, Troy Polamalu re-aggravated his knee injury on Wednesday. As a result the Steelers exotic zone blitz schemes were barely put to use. If the Steelers and Pats meet in the playoffs, New England will be looking at an entirely different defense. As Raccoon said Brady can't handle the blitz, but rather than exposing their D, Pittsburgh decided to plan for a successful playoff run.
Also...you shouldn't knock my predictions. I believe I was the first person to say that Mayweather would knock out Hatton....and I won the NFL pool 2 weeks ago. Picking the Patriots to win another game isn't impressing anyone btw - I think everyone on the planet realizes they're the best team. However, there is a simple format to beating them and I stand by my playoff predictions. I also stand by my claim that Tom Brady is the most overrated player in sports today.

I don't know what you're talking about dude. More than 5 wins is a solid season for the Bengals. I'm a lifelong fan....even through the Dave Shula/Bruce Coslet/Dick LeBeau era. During those ten years we won 50 games. I still wear my jerseys every Sunday. Of course, a Boston sports fan would rather support a team that steals signals to win titles and ignore the fact that it ever happened.
Oh, and don't even bring up baseball. Red Sox have the 2nd highest payroll in MLB and still play the "Evil Empire" card. Try being a real baseball fan for a few years....you know, a fan of a team that doesn't buy success. This is probably a foreign concept to you now with a basketball team in your city that has one year to win a title before the salary cap bursts. Honestly, it's nice to see my team compete with the Cubs and Cardinals once in a while without overpaid players. That way when we're contenders again, I can feel like it was earned rather than stolen. Small market teams ftw.
