In my opinion it has to be Steven Gerrard. He can pass, tackle, break down and build attacks plus he has a lethal shot on him. He has everything you would want in a footballer.

ad go wit the lyks of lampard nd rooney nd gerrard.
u cant realli pick henry as the best ALROUND playa,. yea he has got amazin skillz nd can take a whole team on at once lol but he cant tackle nd cant realli head so technically he aint an alround playa
