Well Arenas has said all along, if Washington didn't re-sign Jamison, he wouldn't return...And they did. I think they have something good going there with Butler,Jamison & Arenas.

I hope the Lakers get James Posey. We need some defense at the small foward position. Hopefully this means Lakers are gettin rid of Walton.

Yea that was something that really showed in the finals... they needed some D at that slot.. I think thats the Lakers problem, there more of an offensive team, can't knock them too much,They did make the finals. But they need a few extra bench pieces, maybe a starting PG..to be over the top.Walton is just a shooter, they have too many just pure shooters, who don't play good D.

I'll keep updating this thread w/ stories & signings.

Funny how Maggette, Posey, & Barry all seem to be mentioned in the same articles...

As a Spurs fan I would want Maggette, tho I think as a player he would rather be in Orlando with D. Howard. Cory would be a great addition to either team.

Posey going to LA would be interesting if LA returned to the Finals against Boson and won...

...and I hope Barry goes anywhere but the Lakers. I doubt anyone in LA really wants him tho, seeing as how he is older than anyone currently on their roster.

The funniest read in the thread was about Elton Brand coming to the Lakers... Gasol, Odom, Brand, & Bynum fighting for playing-time in the paint just seems like waaaaaaaay too much for Phil to handle. Then again, having those 4 guys on your team would almost certainly mean a trip to the Finals, with or without solid "team play" from Kobe Bryant.

Spurs at front of line for Maggette

Rivers gives Maggette call

Warriors join the list of teams interested in Maggette

Smith leaves impressed but without 76ers offer

Lue has Suns among his top 3

Agent: Heat interested in point guard Dooling
