Well i see the Ryan move as smart, i mean with Redman we might be an automatic 8 win team, maybe...

But with Ryan, im willing to sacrifice a year or 2 of 6 win ball to improve this teams image on the field, and help all these young players develop

Matt will throw for 20 this year, i think he might get reps as ROY
