So i attend my local community college and i was running late because its winter and my car sucks so it doesnt like to work when i need it too.
and of course i got to school late to my first class no parking spot then i found one on the other side of the building so i started running to class.
But then as i was running my ipod fell outta my pocket and landed in some snow and i picked up kept running and wiped off all the snow and got to class.
after school i tried to turn on my ipod and nothing has turned on yet and theres no response to it when i plug it in to the computer.

what do yall think i should do?
ive been savin for a ps3 i dont wanna have to blow it on buying a new ipod but i love music idk what to do. love to hear some suggestions.

1. Go to the store (walmart preferably)
2. Buy the exact same kind of iPod you own
3. Take the new iPod out of the box
4. Put the old iPod in the box
5. Return the old iPod in place of the new one to get your money back.
6. Win.

LoL props for being clever ive done that once with an amp for my car.i might have to do that this weekend.and props for the The Cool Kids avatar.

Good Idea I may do that with my Ipod
do you think they would notice if I bought a Ipod touch and returned a ipod mini?

its 50/50, i did that with my ipod touch, i returned it to walmart, and i had the new ipod out of the box. They didnt even check the box, i could have left the box empty and they wouldnt have known the difference. But its def worth a try

if they ask you like "what is this ipod, this isnt the original one" then just be like "o i grabbed the wrong ipod at my house and accidentally put mine in here". I really dont know what to say though lol

nah i doubt they would go as far as sueing espically if you have ur reciept and everything and just say it was a mistake then they would probably just let you go..

When ever I do this I pretend to talk on my cellphone like im on a urgent call. I say things like "Ya im returning it now, ill be there when I can" and I just say stuff like im in a hurry it works trust me.
