both i belive
or u can go to ur user account on ur control panel n just set a password, n it'll do the same thing then just turn ur screensaver off, pretty much if u want to enable the log on shit, u got it when u first start up, and when ur screensaver comes up... that's why i personally turn it off

then, go ahead n set the password, n as far as when ur screensaver comes up, u can either turn ur screensaver off and just make sure u log off everytime u leave, or let the screensaver go, and whenever ur gone from ur comp, it'll come on, and someone will need to put the password in b4 they can get to ur shit
