I think it's because how much space is in them.

My 80G iPod Video lags all the time.

yeah, it freezes my computer at times too. Im gettin rid of my ipod and getting samsung......... Im done with apple and not allowing me to put bootleg movies on my ipod.

Yeah I got a 60 GB video that's slow as hell on my laptop.
iPod's are some of the most flawed products out today.

I own a 80 gig it lagged alot till the last firmware update for it.

i have an 80 gig and the last update has so far greatly improved it's performance (1.1.1)
