8125 Stalls(looking 4 help)

Hello What id do,let me make this short.
This what happen i was at work an my phone somehow started rec. a voice note oncei notice that it was rec. it was already recording for like 6mins,i didnt have time to delte the rec. voice message an my phone keep saying sysytem memory low but anyways i was work an didnt have time to delete the rec. Then next thing to happen was that my batt. died an my phone turnt off then once i got home i charged the phone untill i could turn it on an now it load pass the homescreen. It wont even be able top touch the screen at all it just stalls. The only way turn it off is to take the
Batt. out.
Please someone help me fix this or let me know if i should just get a new phone. Thanks in advance
