What program to use? How do you do it?

I have tried a couple of programs and the end up freezing, what can I do?

Ok, well I downloaded it, installed the patch, loaded the video, selected the part I want, made it a MP3 Profile, and then encoded, BUT when I go to play it, it says that it cannot play the file. What UP?

Use dvd shrink. You can download it from here, just 1.04 MB. When program opens, click on Open disc and then click Backup!. Wait till dvd shrink make iso file and than open this file with nero image or daemon tools and njoy in your music!!!!

Do I have to copy the whole disc? or can I just take parts? Also, can I use this .avi files too?

I think you can select parts which want to copy! I don't know 'bout using for .avi files, but DVD disc sure you can!!! I have this version of dvd shrink and work great for me!
