Default System Configuration Utility

for those who know way more than me about this what is okay to remove from starting up in the System Configuration Utility like the Microsoft start up BUT in the service tab i already diabled progrmas i dont need ..up tab i took off the progrmas i manually installed that had an option of loading or not loading i dont want to load something wont need at start up and knowing it wil be okay to keep it from loading

Wow you've got a lot of startup shit...

Use Tuneup Utilities (here), there's a part where you can select "Prevent unwanted start of applications" or some shit like that one of the menus. Then what you do is deselect everything that doesn't have "Microsoft" next to it, or something else that you would want to run at startup.

It even gives a little discription of every application on the side so you can determine whether you wanna have it startup automatically or not
