Why not? It adds a few very minor features, but doesn't subtract from performance, nor add to it.

i heard a lot of xp computers kept crashing wen they installed this, not sure if its bein fixed or not...

Of course, why not. I was install SP3 a few weeks ago and it's work perfectly. I don't see any difference between SP2 & SP3! Download SP3 from Official Microsoft site something about 544 MB's 'cause it's more safety than torrents or some other links!!!

ah install it and muh cd-rom doh show in my computer. No auto-play or nothin. Ah doh no if it go be different fuh you. (just my local dialect)
i installed it and my cd-rom doesn't show in "my computer". no auto-play or anything. I don't know if it would be different for you |
