Can u just add songs to an ipod without updating it

I usually use this comps itunes for updating my ipod but im sending this comp away for 2weeks to get fixed so ill be using another comp that doesnt have all the songs this one does. I know during the time this comp is gone im going to want to add more songs to my ipod so can i do that on the other comp? I dont have the time to add all the songs from this comp to the other one so i cant just add songs to the itunes on the other comp then hit update so is there i way i can just add songs to the ipod while using the other comp without it getting rid of the songs i already have on my ipod?

Yeah, put the I don't want to sync and erase my ipod.when you plug it in. Then put your ipod on manual instead of automatic

I use MediaMonkey to transfer to my iPod anymore, I was sick of iTunes completely erasing my entire library every once in awhile...their software is bugged like a muthafucka really.

get a different MP3 player, this is why I hate Ipods

with other MP3 players, its a simple drag&drop, straight into the actual folder .

yep, thats how Ive done it for yeeeaaarrrsssss, never once had my iPod get erased.....the ppl who have had their iPod erased is cuz they just let iTunes set up there iPod when they 1st got it, the default setting is to sync the iPod automaticlly and if you plug ur iPod into another PC that doesnt have those songs, they will get erased, so have ur iPod set to "MANUALLY UPDATE"

If you can't figure out how to use an ipod you're tarded.

basically what he said. and when you get your computer back you're going to want to put the new music you got on other computers into your computer (if something happens to your ipod like you drop and break it you're going to be mad about losing songs) so there's programs out there to put music from the ipod to itunes. for windows though i dunno, i use mac.
