1. If i buy a Motherboard that is Micro ATX, Do i need to buy a micro ATX powersupply, or do i just look at the Power Pins? (20+4)
2. If I use a pci-e x16 video card, do i need to have a power supply with a pci-e connector? 3. If i buy a budget motherboard (PcChips), and i try to run a very high end game like Crysis, will my motherboard fry or something? Possible Computer Specifications: AMD 4200+ AM2 2.2GHZ Dual Core Processor 4GB of Ram Nvidia 8600GTS 256MB Card PC Chips Motherboard 480W Power Supply Will have 3 120mm Fans |

1. Doesn't really matter, the only thing that matter is it going to fit in the case and what plugs you need (sata, pci-e power connector etc).
2. Only if your PCI-E Card has the power connector. (wouldn't hurt to buy a power supply with the pci-e connector built in, future proofing when upgrading video card.) 3. No. When Gaming with pc, overheating is the number one issue. Side Note. Always try to buy the cpu, ram, mobo, psu and video card at the same time. So, you can test all the component together if they're working properly. It would be a pain in the ass to buy parts one at a time then finding out it's not compatible or it's DOA.
