Computer running slow after installing a program.
So on Saturday I'm downloading a program from the Apps Section on RGF. The program is called PerfectDisk2008. So I download it and install it. First I go to free up some space. It finishes clearing up space and I gain 105 MBs. So then I start to defrag my computer. It's like 25% of the way and it gives me a timer of when it might finish, which is July 13 (Sunday). I'm like damn, I don't wanna wait that long for it to finish. So I stop it from defragmenting. All of a sudden, the programs are loading slow. I try to open Firefox and it takes about 40 seconds to about a minute to open it. Then I go to defrag the comp with the regular program on Windows and it just takes forever. Then I'm thinking maybe the PerfectDisk program might have some spyware or some shit. I try to install a virus protection program I got from the Microsoft site, but it never loads any of the updates it needs to install. I cancel the installation and I just log off my comp. Ever since, only my account on the computer runs slowly; I went on my brother's account and everything ran perfectly.
So can anyone help in any way? I need a regular comp again

Ctrl + Alt + Del > Processes (post screenshot)
Start > run > "msconfig" (without quotes) > startup (post screenshot)

Alt + printscreen (next to F12) (to get current window only) and then open Paint, do Ctrl + V and save it. Then upload it to www.xs.to or whatever
