OKay well my friend has a iphone the first series that came out not the 3g, and im guessing its already been jailbroken because vodaphone or virgin sim cards and other sim cards work in the phone aswell as the o2(AT+T)
So my question is, he has insurance on it, and hes gonna ring up and say that he has lost the phone to o2, so there gonna send him a new one but there gonna try and BAR, the old one. Will they be successful in this or will it not work sinces its not on that network anymore??? Anyone tell me if this would work or not ? Cause hes willing to sell it to me for £100 and i want it. |

it aint gon' work.. i gave my girl my iphone & she tried to do some dumb shit like this for one of her chicken heads
.. first off, they dont track phones (they do have that ability but they dont do it in cases like this) thats a waste of time.. tha only time they 'locate' phones is on some fed shit or some type of life threatening situation where tha laws get involved.. 2nd, they have tha ability to test tha phone to see if tha original sim card is in use & since tha phone has been jailbroken they wont be able to verify tha sim... therefore, no replacement phone--you'd be surprise at all tha loopholes in tha insurance for that phone even if ya claim was legit. |
