cell phone picture message
hey
I have a verizon gleam and when someone sends me a picture message I never get it. Every One out of 10 times i'll get it. Is there a way I can fix this? |

Yeah I'd just get a new phone...
My phone is fuckin up with pics too. If the charger isnt plugged in when I take a pic it dosent save it lol... Or sumtimes It will save but the majority of the time it wont. |

Dial *228 from your phone to update it, chose option to update (should be done once a month.), if that dont work, call Cust Serv, have them check it, mostly they'll delete and re-add tha mms/sms pkg. One of those should help. ( i used to work for vrzn cust serv)

^ if that doesn't work i would just take it to a verizon store and see what they could do about it.
